APTIM Compliance Specialist in Guaynabo, United States
The Program Management/Construction Management group of APTIM is seeking a highly experienced and talented Compliance Specialist. This Compliance Specialist will be responsible for resolving all compliance issues that come up across the project as a whole.
Resolving high level compliance issues within the whole program
Responsible for writing descriptions of compliance issues that come up in the project and relay them to the appropriate team members
Responsibilities include management of compliance documents, reports and information and assisting with the preparation of such.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures in the appropriate compliance field.
Plan and accomplish compliance goals and management practices.
Conduct investigations in area of knowledge and prepare appropriate reports on those investigations.
Bachelor's Degree is required
2-5 years of relevant experience in the compliance field
Resolution Management experience
Risk Management experience
Proficient Writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to problem solve and handle difficult situations
Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Able to work long hours to meet Client driven deadlines
Must be able to adapt and adjust to ever changing environment
Must be able to learn and understand complex program policies and procedures
Able to utilize complex program database systems
Must be able to converse well with program applicants via phone
Must understand Production
