APTIM Financial Analyst in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Compiles and analyzes financial information for an organization. Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. In addition, any other duties assigned or required.
Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
Performs a variety of tasks such as Intercompany cost recording and balancing, Joint Venture reporting, Cost/Labor accrual recording, Cash posting and reporting, Project Accounting.
Serves as a liaison between project execution team, management and accounting organization.
Works under general supervision.
Creativity and latitude is required.
Reports to a supervisor or manager.
Performs all functions involved in the financial closing process.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting
Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of JD Edwards ERP System preferred.
Must have 2-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area or equivalent years of experience.
